Membership Sales Advisor

Location: Bisham Abbey, Marlow SL7 1RR
Salary £27,500 + Commission
Schedule: Full time 39 hours per week, working shifts across Monday – Sunday between the hours 9am – 6.30pm.

As a Membership Sales Advisor in our leisure team, you’ll support the promotion and sale of the centre’s facilities, helping more people access health, fitness and wellbeing services that make a positive difference. You’ll play a key role in driving membership growth while delivering a welcoming and engaging customer experience.
In this role, your work has real purpose – connecting people with services that support healthier lifestyles and stronger communities. Every conversation, tour and sale contributes to a positive impact, helping individuals and families make lasting changes for their wellbeing while supporting the success of the centre.
What you’ll do as a Membership Sales Advisor
You’ll be entrusted to:
- Promote the centre’s products, services and membership options to prospective customers
- Conduct engaging tours of the facilities to showcase what’s on offer
- Encourage and convert enquiries into active memberships, achieving sales targets
- Support the planning and delivery of lead generation activities and
- Maintain and update customer and membership databases accurately
- Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends to support effective sales approaches

- Previous experience in a sales or customer-focused role, ideally within a similar environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent organisation, planning and time management abilities
- Confidence working in a target-driven environment and achieving goals
- Good attention to detail and presentation skills
