Schedule: Part time 24 hours per week working Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Shifts can be either 8am-4pm or 8.30am-4.30pm

As an Administrator in our Justice and Immigration team, you’ll provide secure, effective, and efficient administrative support that helps keep essential services running smoothly. Your work will support operational teams, maintain accurate records, and ensure important processes are completed to a high standard.

What you’ll do as an Administrator
You’ll be entrusted to:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring mail, emails, and documentation are processed accurately and securely.
- Maintain electronic and manual records, updating systems and databases in a timely manner.
- Collate, compile, distribute, and file reports and departmental documentation.
- Organise meetings and events, including taking and distributing meeting minutes where required.
- Respond to departmental queries and provide administrative support to colleagues across the team.
- Produce correspondence, reports, and other documents to a high standard.
- Help maintain confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive information.
- Support the achievement of performance measures, contractual outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:
- Strong computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working within an administrative environment.
- An understanding of Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.
- Previous experience of minute taking and producing accurate records.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Vetting and checks:
A Standard DBS check will be carried out for this position. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands, and warnings as permitted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
