As a Compliance and Asset Manager in our Healthcare team, you’ll help ensure our services are safe, compliant, and consistently delivered to a high standard. You’ll play a key role in shaping compliant and effective processes, supporting colleagues, and enabling thoughtful planning for future improvements and lifecycle changes. Your work will strengthen trust, create impactful solutions, and help us deliver services that people rely on every day.

What you’ll do as a Compliance and Asset Manager
You’ll be entrusted to:

  • Lead on CAFM systems, ensuring effective processes and documentation across asset databases, planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and stores management. 
  • Maintain and support local asset management procedures, processes and forms, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Oversee local audits of management systems, procedures, and documentation, including coordination of third‑party audits. 
  • Review processes to ensure systems remain effective, efficient, and fit for purpose.
  • Produce professional and accurate management reports for internal colleagues, clients, and customers.

  • Recognised technical qualifications or the ability to demonstrate success in a similar operational compliance role.
  • Proven experience in a service contracting environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior management, clients, and customers. 
  • A collaborative mindset, with an eye for detail and a commitment to consistent, high‑quality delivery.

Vetting and checks:
A Standard DBS check will be carried out for this position. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands, and warnings as permitted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. An Occupational Health Questionnaire will also be completed so we can ensure you have the necessary support to perform your duties.
