Between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependant on experience
Full time, rostered between Monday – Sunday. 1 weekend evening shift per week.

As an Area Manager in our Electronic Monitoring Field Services team, you’ll lead operational delivery across your region. You’ll make a real difference by ensuring high-quality service, consistent performance, and the welfare and development of your teams.
You’ll be entrusted to:
- Lead and support Field Line Managers and Field Monitoring Officers to meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure compliance, safety, and service quality.
- Act as the main point of contact for operational issues, providing clear and timely guidance.
- Monitor productivity and take proactive steps to address challenges or underperformance.
- Support effective scheduling and resource planning to meet service demand.
- Maintain accurate operational records, staff performance data, and incident logs.
- Ensure fleet compliance and readiness across your area.
- Manage staff absence, conduct, and grievance processes.
- Liaise with the Operational Command Centre (OCC) and Scheduling to prioritise and resolve incidents, ensuring public safety.

- Proven leadership experience within field operations or service delivery.
- Strong people management skills and the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication abilities and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders.
- The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills and experience using operational systems or reporting tools.
- A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel within your region.
- Clearance at Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) level, or willingness to obtain (Security Check (SC) desirable).
