Location: Home-based, UK-wide with regular travel across the UK
Salary: £34,425.09 plus excellent benefits

As a PMO Administrator in our Justice and Immigration Facilities Management team, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects that help maintain safe, effective environments across our operations. You'll provide vital administrative, procurement and project support, ensuring projects are well-controlled, accurately tracked and delivered efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and procurement experience who is looking to build a future in project management. Your work will have purpose, helping teams create impactful solutions through effective governance, accurate reporting and strong financial oversight. Working remotely as part of a collaborative national team, you'll help make a positive impact on communities while developing valuable project delivery experience.
What you’ll do as a PMO Administrator
- Raise, manage and track purchase orders to support project delivery activities
- Monitor project spend, budgets and financial performance information
- Maintain project documentation, action trackers, governance records and management information
- Track project progress, works updates and key milestones, escalating issues where appropriate
- Coordinate meetings, stakeholders and project governance activities
- Support project reporting, compliance and controls to ensure projects remain on track
Does this sound like you?
- Strong administrative experience within a project, procurement or business support environment
- Experience raising and managing purchase orders and supporting procurement activities
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience tracking budgets, spend, reporting and project performance
- Able to work effectively within a remote team and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders

Vetting and checks:
This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, which involves verifying your identity, employment history, nationality, and criminal record to meet government security standards. In addition, depending on the nature of the role, you may need to obtain formal Security Clearance (such as CTC or SC), which includes more detailed background checks on employment, criminal record, and financial history to ensure suitability for working in secure environments. Please note that UK residency requirements may apply for certain levels of clearance. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire so we can identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
