Between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependant on experience + PMI, Company Car + Bonus

As a Regional Manager in our Citizen Services Electronic Monitoring team, you’ll lead our field operations across your region and make sure we deliver a safe, high-quality service that supports public protection. You’ll guide multiple teams, drive operational excellence, and help shape the future of our service.

 

 

You’ll be entrusted to:
● Take full accountability for performance, operational results, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across your region
● Lead and develop Area Manager, Field Line Managers and Field Monitoring Officers to deliver a high-quality, compliant service
● Collaborate with senior management team members to ensure consistent delivery of contractual and legislative requirements
● Build strong relationships with partner organisations to support effective service delivery
● Ensure a safe working environment by embedding strong health and safety, risk and security practices
● Manage resource allocation, budgets, service level agreements (SLAs), and supplier performance
● Drive continuous improvement and operational innovation, using data and technology to enhance service delivery

 

 

Does this sound like you?

 

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have…
● Experience leading large, multi-functional field teams, with proven experience in a people management role
● Strong operational management experience, ideally within electronic monitoring or a similar field-based environment
● A proven ability to deliver results, manage performance, and meet contractual requirements
● Excellent stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to collaborate across teams and organisations
● Strong analytical, financial and problem-solving skills
● Experience managing change and delivering continuous improvement initiatives
● Confidence using IT systems to support operational effectiveness
● The ability to travel across your region and a valid UK driving licence
