Salary: up to £13.50ph depending on skills and experience
Schedule: Casual, as and when needed. Covering mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekend (flexibility is needed)

What you’ll do as a Duty Manager
You’ll be entrusted to:
- Lead, motivate, and support operational colleagues on shift to deliver a safe and positive customer experience
- Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the centre, ensuring service standards and contract requirements are met
- Act as the Health and Safety Responsible Person on shift, maintaining a safe environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors
- Manage incidents and emergencies, including investigations and follow-up actions where required
- Provide clear instruction, training, and guidance to colleagues to ensure efficient, compliant, and confident working practices
- Deputise for the Operations Manager as required, supporting consistent delivery and team leadership

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:
- Experience supervising or managing teams in a leisure, customer service, or operational environment
- A strong understanding of health and safety responsibilities and safe working practices
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers
- A calm, organised approach, particularly when responding to incidents or operational challenges
- A flexible mindset, with the ability to lead by example across varied shifts
This role requires a Basic DBS check, which will disclose any unspent convictions in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
