Hourly Rate: £8.84 to 12.71 per hour plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent, Full-time 40 hours per week (rota basis)

As a Membership Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming environment and helping people access the facilities and services they need. Through excellent customer care and professional support, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive impact on communities and helping more people enjoy active, healthy lifestyles.

What you’ll do as a Membership Sales Advisor

• Provide excellent customer service to members and visitors, both face-to-face and over the telephone
• Consistently achieve daily and weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation, appointment bookings, outbound calls, and membership sales
• Process new memberships and manage new member enquiries
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members, promoting membership products and services to maximise retention
• Promote health and fitness services and swimming lessons, and membership upgrades
• Handle cash transactions and follow financial procedures accurately
• Support colleagues across the team when required
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment in line with policies and procedures

Does this sound like you?

• Minimum 6 months' experience delivering excellent customer service within a lead generation, sales, or contact centre environment
• Ability to maintain accurate records
• Confident in the use of IT systems and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (desirable)
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve customer queries effectively
• A flexible mindset, able to adapt to different situations and support the wider team
