Location: Oak Tree and Water Meadows Leisure Centre
Working Hours/Pattern: 30 hours per week, Friday 12pm – 4pm, Saturday, Sunday 9am - 4pm, Monday 11am – 7pm and Tuesday 12pm – 5.30pm
Salary: up to £19,099 per annum + Commission + Excellent Benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for helping to grow the Serco leisure gym membership and swim lesson programme. You will mainly be based at Oak Tree leisure centre & Water Meadows; however, you will also cover local sites alongside supporting site performance or cover.
The successful candidate must be able to deal with customers both face to face and over the phone as the main role for the position is making sure daily sales targets and KPI’s are hit in line with individual and site performance.
We are very keen to find an individual who can find opportunities for lead generation through outreach to ensure our sales targets are met, whilst also supporting the active communities programme and engaging with inactive people.
In addition, there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff.
You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with free access to the leisure facilities, various discounts and excellent development opportunities.
Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
About you
We are looking to hear from candidates that have previous experience of dealing face to face with customers face to face and over the phone in a busy environment including sales experience.
You will have good communication and customer care skills, have a maturity and calmness to work under pressure, the ability to handle cash and maintain customer records, as well as a good telephone manner and confident with using IT systems.
You must show proactiveness and innovation within the role in addition to being self-motivated and target driven.
Due to travelling between the different sites, it's desirable that you hold a driving license.
Lasty, it’s desirable that you hold a level 2 or 3 Fitness Instructor qualification.
