To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Lift the Curfew Walk Leader to join our team.
 
In this role you will deliver the Lift the Curfew sessions to women during the evening from Warsop Health Hub. 


Your main duties will be: 
•    Plan and deliver the Lift the Curfew walks including the social aspect in the centre afterwards.
•    Ensure the sessions are suitably planned and developed for all people including those less able or with specific needs.
•    Adhere to appropriate Health and Safety policies and procedures in order to ensure a safe, effective, environment at all sessions. 
•    Undertake programme evaluation (ie. Participant feedback).
•    Carry out any other duties appropriate to the post.

 

You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with free access to the leisure facilities, various discounts and excellent development opportunities.

 
Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
 
  
About you

 
To be considered for this role we are looking to hear from candidates who have good communication and customer care skills, ability to encourage increased participation, able to work with a range of abilities and awareness of potential Health and Safety risks

 

It is desirable that you are Basic first aid trained or a willingness to undertake this training before commencing activity and previous experience of delivering an activity in a community setting would be beneficial.
