Task Administrator – Soft Services

6-month fixed term contract – 21 hours per week based on a 2 week rota – 1300 hours – 1930 hours
Salary - £24,465.00 pro rata plus Serco benefits.
Main Purpose:
To provide a comprehensive, quality, efficient and cost-effective Soft FM Allocation System that delivers the service within the whole of the Hospital, in line with contractual requirements ensuring patient care and customer service being at the forefront of service provision.
Main Accountabilities:
- Ensure that all Soft FM tasks are allocated in a professional and competent manner to maintain an efficient and effective service, utilising the CARPS auto-allocating system.
- Ensure all tasked allocated via the CARPS System are correctly accepted, started and completed in accordance with SLA’s
- Assisting our client with any issues when booking Soft FM requests, such as training and system support.
- Work alongside the Patient Ambassador/Service Manager or Soft Service’s Manager to ensure the full service is compliant with the site ISO Regulations, quality, and environmental policies.
- Performance targets are always to be met in line with agreed standards.
- Assist with maintaining appropriate records in line with service delivery
- Ensure all HSE initiatives are managed proactively to ensure a safe working environment.
- Escalate all and any risks to the Patient Ambassador and/or Service Manager.
- Undertake any other tasks/duties as identified by the Patient Ambassador, Service Manager or Soft Services Lead.
