As a Bar Assistant in our Citizen Services team, you'll help create a welcoming environment for guests by delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the bar. Your work has purpose, helping ensure every customer enjoys a positive and memorable experience.

What you'll do as a Bar Assistant
- Deliver excellent customer service to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve drinks safely, efficiently, and in line with operational procedures
- Handle customer transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant bar environment
- Support the efficient operation of the venue and assist colleagues where required
- Help create a positive experience that keeps customers returning

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to high service standards
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience in a customer-facing environment is desirable
- Level 2 Food Safety qualification is desirable
