Salary: Paying up to £12.71 per hour depending on experience, plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Part time 22.5 hours per week typically 06:30am – 9:00pm, including weekends.

As a Catering Assistant, you'll help create a welcoming dining experience for visitors, athletes and members of the local community. From preparing and serving food to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer care, your work has purpose and helps deliver a positive impact on communities. Every shift is an opportunity to support wellbeing, encourage healthy lifestyles and help impact a better future through great service.

What you’ll do as a Catering Assistant

• Serve customers in the dining areas with a friendly, professional and welcoming approach
• Prepare and present food to agreed quality and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards across all catering areas
• Gather customer feedback and support continuous service improvements
• Support colleagues and supervisors with day-to-day catering activities
• Help create a positive environment that encourages customers to return

Does this sound like you?

• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is desirable
• A Level 2 Food Safety qualification is desirable
• A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and care
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
