Schedule: Casual/Part-time – 2 x 6-hour shifts, 2.30pm – 8.30pm, Monday to Sunday (depending on business needs)

As a Housing Host in our Lilleshall team, you’ll create a welcoming experience for guests staying at the main house, ensuring they enjoy exceptional service and comfort during their visit.
This role is all about making a positive impact on our guests’ stay. You’ll help deliver a seamless check-in process and provide attentive dining service, contributing to an environment where every guest feels valued and cared for.

 

What you’ll do as a Housing Host

 

You’ll be entrusted to:

 

  • Welcome and check in guests at the main house reception desk
  • Host and serve evening dining service for up to 29 rooms from a pre-selected menu
  • Act as the main point of contact for guest enquiries
  • Ensure dining areas are prepared and maintained to a high standard
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:

 

  • Level 2 Food Safety (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment (preferable)
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work flexibly across evenings and weekends
