From preventative maintenance to urgent repairs, you’ll play a key role in keeping services running smoothly and safely, helping to protect both people and the future of the estate.

 

What you’ll do as an Electrical Craftsperson
You’ll be entrusted to:

  • Carry out reactive repairs, fault finding, servicing, commissioning, and maintenance across a wide range of plant, services, and equipment
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and compliance
  • Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and workmanship across all tasks
  • Identify faults, escalate issues, and request parts or support when required
  • Follow all policies, procedures, workplace regulations, and best practice guidelines
  • Accurately complete work orders and documentation using internal systems

Vetting and checks:
A Standard DBS check will be carried out for this position. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands, and warnings as permitted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. An Occupational Health Questionnaire will also be completed so we can ensure you have the necessary support to perform your duties.
