HR Reporting Analyst
Hybrid – 2 days per week in our Solihull office
Full Time, Permanent

Salary – Up to £29,000 dependent on experience per annum

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Reporting Analyst to join our People Operations team within MyHR, supporting the delivery of data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across HR services. Reporting to the HR Compliance Manager, this is a critical role responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting HR data to support compliance, performance reporting, and operational insights.

 

This role plays a vital part in strengthening our People Operations function through accurate and timely HR data analysis and reporting. You will support MyHR teams across data management, compliance audits, reporting, and improvement projects. Your insights will contribute directly to business decisions and the ongoing evolution of our HR processes.

 

As part of this you will:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to support compliance and decision-making.
  • Deliver accurate and insightful service line reports and trend analysis.
  • Ensure data integrity across HR systems and drive data accuracy initiatives.
  • Support internal and external audit processes and respond to data access requests (SARs).
  • Liaise with key stakeholders (e.g. Data Protection Office, Transactional Operations Lead) to manage data breaches, ICO complaints, and GDPR compliance.
  • Audit and ensure compliance with Security Industry Authority (SIA) and Right To Work (RTW) regulations.
  • Monitor employee lifecycle reports (e.g. starters/leavers), highlight anomalies, and ensure resolution with relevant teams.
  • Maintain training records and ensure all mandatory programs are completed.
  • Work with IT to optimise HR systems and reporting capabilities.
  • Support Business Continuity Plan (BCP) administration and updates.
  • Act as a point of escalation for HR compliance-related queries and improvements.

 

What you’ll need to do the role:

 

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
  • Hands-on HR operational experience, ideally within a shared service environment.
  • Proficient with HR information systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, Power BI.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, Subject Access Requests, and data protection best practices.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working in a compliance or audit-focused HR role.
  • Understanding of HR shared service operations.
  • Knowledge of employee lifecycle and regulatory reporting within the HR function.
