  • Deliver monthly summary reports, programme dashboards, project logs, and resourcing data.
  • Maintain project and programme trackers for all live and pipeline projects, seeking updates from project managers.
  • Run reconciliation processes to ensure SAP and project finance positions align, liaising with the Finance Business Partner as needed.
  • Manage and arrange senior stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project or programme review boards.
  • Advise on and contribute improvements to project management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Serco, CDM (Construction Design and Management), and customer governance, escalating non‑compliance where required.

  • Management of a small team.

Does this sound like you?
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have…

  • Previous PMO or project management experience within construction.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive internal and external relationships.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisation, and a proactive approach.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems (e.g., Concept Evolution).
