Salary: £26,509.50 plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5.30am to 2pm. Overtime available on night shifts, day shifts and weekends.

As a Street Cleansing Operative in our environmental services team, you’ll help keep local streets, public spaces, and communities clean, safe, and welcoming. Your work has purpose, supporting the delivery of high-quality street cleansing services that make a positive impact every day.

What you’ll do as a Street Cleansing Operative
- Carry out programmed and responsive street cleansing activities in line with service requirements and environmental standards.
- Operate cleansing machinery and equipment safely and effectively, using the skills and knowledge required for the role.
- Support the achievement of key performance indicators by delivering work to agreed standards.
- Complete daily inspections of machinery and vehicles, reporting any issues and ensuring equipment remains clean and serviceable.
- Maintain excellent customer and client relationships, including positive interactions with members of the public.
- Follow all health and safety requirements and take part in training to support growth, development, and continuous improvement.

- A full UK Driving Licence
