Location: Weekly UK wide travel
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus company car excellent benefits
Schedule: 12-month fixed term contract

As a Project Manager in our Leisure team, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering exciting new facilities and services through capital investment, helping to shape vibrant, high-quality leisure environments that benefit local communities.

You’ll play a key role in bringing projects to life - ensuring they’re delivered safely on time, and within budget. Your work will help create accessible, high-quality leisure environments that support healthier lifestyles and stronger communities, reinforcing our commitment to making more of every day for the people we serve.

What you’ll do as a Project Manager

You’ll be entrusted to:

• Define and agree clear project objectives aligned to client and organisational goals
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive progress and performance
• Conduct risk assessments, including Construction Design and Management (CDM) responsibilities, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Monitor financial performance including costing, billing, and reporting against benchmarks
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support successful outcomes

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:

• Strong experience in Project Management within the Leisure or local authority sector is desirable
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of capital expenditure processes
• Excellent planning, analytical, and financial management skills
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and influence
• A relevant qualification or equivalent experience, such as PRINCE2 or business management training
