  • Advise employers on apprenticeship funding including the Apprenticeship Levy, co‑investment, eligibility rules and compliance requirements.
  • Use your sales experience to grow accounts, build strong employer relationships and convert demand into apprenticeship starts.
  • Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure learners and candidates are matched effectively to apprenticeship opportunities, maintaining quality and employer satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance, track starts, completions and employer feedback, using insights to shape service improvements and strengthen engagement strategies.

Does this sound like you?

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have…

  • Experience working with apprenticeships, including funding rules, levy processes and programme requirements.
  • A proven track record in sales, business development or employer engagement.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, able to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to use data to drive decisions and identify opportunities.
  • Excellent organisation and time‑management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts across the UK.
