Location: Whitchurch Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre SY13 1FT
Salary: £8.00 – 12.71 per hour dependent on age, plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Part time 8 hours per week working Wednesdays and Sundays.

As a Receptionist in our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering a professional and welcoming experience while helping ensure the smooth running of the facility. Your role will play an important part in creating a positive, trusted environment for everyone who interacts with us.
You’ll provide clear information, support colleagues when needed, and help maintain high service standards. Your work will directly contribute to a positive impact on customers, communities, and the overall experience within our facilities.
What you’ll do as a Receptionist
You’ll be entrusted to:
- Provide a professional and friendly reception service to all visitors and callers
- Respond to enquiries face-to-face and over the telephone with clarity and care
- Maintain accurate records and support cash handling processes where required
- Support colleagues and assist with general administrative duties
- Uphold high standards of customer service aligned with organisational goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures at all times

- Confidence handling enquiries calmly and efficiently, even under pressure
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks independently
