We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our Regional Service Centre team at our Aldershot site.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting operations, keeping everything running smoothly, and ensuring our customers receive the very best service every time.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll coordinate, and schedule planned, reactive maintenance tasks for our on-site teams, while ensuring systems are up to date and workflows run efficiently. You’ll support resource planning and holiday cover, deliver customer service excellence, and work closely with colleagues, service partners, and clients to keep operations moving forward. The role also requires responding quickly to urgent tasks, maintaining accurate data, and producing reports that support business decision-making.

What you’ll need

Strong customer service skills, the ability to juggle priorities are also essential. You will need to be highly organised, able to multi-task, and flexible in adapting to ever-changing situations. Having the right, positive attitude is key, as is the ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism. Most importantly, you’ll be a team player who thrives in a collaborative, problem-solving environment.

If you’re motivated, ambitious, and ready to take on a role that combines organisation, teamwork, and customer impact, we’d love to hear from you.
