Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that sits at the very heart of commercial operations? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our dynamic USVF team, providing critical support that keeps our contracts running smoothly, compliantly, and successfully. This is more than just administration—it’s an opportunity to be an integral part of a team delivering essential services with real-world impact.

The Role

You’ll be the go-to person for a wide range of commercial processes, from managing contract compliance and reporting, to supporting change management and pricing activity. Every day, you’ll be liaising with stakeholders across the business, guiding them through procedures, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring our standards are consistently high. Your knowledge of commercial processes, ability to manage data with accuracy, and strong communication skills will allow you to support contract delivery across Core and Billable Works, ensuring value for money and seamless collaboration with our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting commercial processes, compliance, and change management
  • Preparing reports, tracking financial data, and supporting monthly reviews
  • Managing subcontractor documentation and maintaining audit-ready records
  • Assisting with pricing, invoicing, and resolving financial queries
  • Liaising with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
  • Promoting health, safety, sustainability, and contract compliance at all times

We’re proud that this vacancy exists because of an internal promotion, highlighting the growth potential available within our team. To thrive here, you’ll need strong Microsoft Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities with a calm and methodical approach. Experience with Maximo or facilities management would be a bonus, but what matters most is your drive to learn, your collaborative spirit, and your commitment to doing things the right way.

If you're looking for a role where your organisational skills and commercial understanding will be valued, where your career can grow, and where your work directly contributes to meaningful outcomes—we’d love to welcome you on board. Join us and be the person who keeps the engine running, the contracts compliant, and the team moving forward.

What We Offer

  • 6% employee-matched pension
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Single private medical cover
  • Life assurance (2x annual salary)
  • Access to industry-recognised qualifications
  • Ongoing career development
