Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Catterick Garrison
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 dependent on experience
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

VIVO, a joint venture between Serco and Engie, is looking for a Multi-Skilled Direct Delivery Operative to join our team at Catterick Garrison. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of tasks in the UK Defence Sector, supporting infrastructure, maintenance, and refurbishment projects across the Central area of the country.

About the Role

Working as a Multi Skilled Operative, you will often be working alone, managing your daily schedule of tasks, including building repairs, minor plumbing, grounds work, general unskilled labour, and PAT testing. Tasks will be allocated with clear deadlines, and you will be expected to deliver to the highest standard, ensuring safety and quality at all times.

The role involves commercial and domestic work including single living accommodation. You will interact with clients regularly, providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional communication at all times. You will have access to a work van and fuel card for business use.


What you’ll need

Experience in any trade is acceptable, and previous experience as a handyperson or in a semi-skilled role is sufficient. 

A full UK driving licence is required, and BPSS clearance is essential.

You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in all weather conditions while following instructions and using hand tools safely.
