We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Regional Projects Lead to manage the successful delivery of annual Billable Works programmes and wider project activity across the region.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and managing a high-performing project team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and in line with contractual commitments. You will oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from programme development and procurement through to delivery, handover and financial close.
You will work closely with key stakeholders including DIO, TLBs and internal teams, using asset condition data and operational priorities to shape future year Billable Works programmes. A strong focus on planning, governance and client engagement will be essential to ensure projects meet programme milestones, budget targets and customer expectations.
The role carries full responsibility for Billable Works profit and loss performance, ensuring budgets are achieved while maintaining strong commercial control. You will manage contractors and supply chain partners in line with company standards, while proactively developing the supply chain to improve capacity, quality and value for money.

You will also take direct ownership of complex or high-profile projects, providing strong leadership and effective stakeholder communication throughout delivery. Regular reporting, risk management and progress updates will be key aspects of the role.
Continuous improvement is central to the position. You will identify opportunities to enhance commercial performance, streamline delivery processes and improve supply chain management. You will also promote sustainability by identifying ways to reduce carbon emissions throughout construction phases and across the lifecycle of assets.
About You
To be successful, you will have strong knowledge of the construction or facilities management sector, with proven experience managing projects, term contracts and operational teams. You will be commercially astute, experienced in budget management and confident managing multiple stakeholders.
You will be a strong leader who motivates teams, drives quality and creates a supportive environment where people can perform at their best. Experience using Microsoft Office and systems such as Maximo is desirable.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious project leader to take ownership of a significant regional programme, drive profitable growth and deliver high-quality projects within a safety-first and customer-focused environment.
