Are you an experienced leader with a strong trade background, passionate about delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services? Do you thrive on organisation, problem-solving, and ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Voids Supervisor to play a vital role in our Repairs and Maintenance division. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring our properties are safe, well-maintained, and ready for new tenants – making a real difference to people’s homes and lives.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of operatives, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and quality. You will oversee supplier and subcontractor works, making sure everything is completed on time, on budget, and to KPI standards. Liaising with tenants and clients will be a key part of your role, dealing swiftly with queries and ensuring satisfaction. You will also inspect void properties, specify works, and present accurate orders to the housing offices.

Compliance and safety are central to this position. You will carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and ensure full adherence to health and safety legislation. As a hands-on leader, you will mentor apprentices, support colleagues, and create a positive team environment. Alongside this, you will work closely with administration teams and call centres to schedule and deliver works efficiently while supporting our sustainability initiatives by minimising waste, recycling, and promoting greener working practices.

What you’ll need;

We are looking for someone with a strong trade background and a solid understanding of the construction and maintenance industry. Previous supervisory experience on a maintenance or voids contract is essential, as are excellent people management and communication skills

You will need a full clean driving licence, and be able to pass BPSS Clearance.

Additional health and safety or maintenance-specific training would be an advantage, as would experience with sustainability practices in a maintenance environment.

We offer;

  • Work van & fuel card
  • 6% employee matched pension contribution
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Life assurance policy
