Are you a recent finance graduate bursting with ambition and eager to dive into the heart of a dynamic business? Ready to apply your skills in a fast-growing, high-impact environment where every day brings new challenges and real results? Then this is the role for you!

VIVO is an exciting, expanding enterprise with a revenue exceeding £800 million in 2025 — and we’re just getting started! We partner with major clients, including in the MOD sector, delivering critical contracts nationwide. Our finance team is agile, innovative, and ready to welcome a driven graduate who wants to make a difference from day one.

About the Role

As a Finance Graduate, you will join a two-year structured development program designed to provide you with hands-on experience across all aspects of finance — from accounting and reporting to commercial operations, human resources, procurement, and project delivery.

You will work closely with the Senior Business Finance Partner (SBRP) and Finance Business Partners (FBS) teams, supporting management accounting, financial analysis, and general oversight of VIVO’s overheads. The role offers exposure to Directors and the Senior Management Team, providing insight into strategic financial decision-making.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, supporting different areas of finance including project accounting and financial accounting. Your tasks will evolve depending on who you’re working with, offering a diverse and dynamic work experience. You will be part of VIVO’s core finance team, which supports Finance Business Partners and Finance Assistants, providing a collaborative and supportive environment.

From the moment you start, you will begin studying towards a professional accounting qualification, with tailored support to identify the work experience needed to fast-track your progress. Our programme is designed to help you qualify within three or more years, combining practical experience with study support.

What you’ll need

We’re looking for someone with a finance degree (2:2 or above, or expected) who is naturally curious, self-motivated, and enjoys solving problems within a collaborative environment.

A good understanding of accounting principles and confidence in data handling is essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel. Experience with Maximo or SAP is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are key, and experience or an interest in construction, property maintenance, or MOD environments would be a bonus.

This role is predominantly home-based, with flexible working options and some regular travel to various UK locations.

In addition to the opportunity to work within a high-profile business, you’ll receive full study support and be part of a fast-paced, evolving finance team where your contributions will be valued.

If you’re driven, ambitious, and ready to make an impact from day one, VIVO wants to hear from you. Apply now to become a key player in our growing finance team and launch your finance career with us.
