Be the Organised Force Behind Exceptional Service Delivery

Are you a highly organised administrator who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Operations team, supporting the delivery of vital accommodation services within a designated area. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our teams have the administrative support they need to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

About the Role

Reporting to the Area Manager and based within the Area Office, you will provide essential administrative support to operational teams responsible for delivering accommodation services. Your ability to stay organised, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities will help ensure contractual commitments are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

In this varied role, you will be arranging appointments, scheduling planned preventive maintenance orders, mitigating any issues that arise with access to military family properties and raise remedials. You will also play an important part in supporting training administration, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring both electronic and paper-based filing systems are kept up to date and compliant with company policies.

A key aspect of the position involves supporting Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, Security, Fraud Prevention, and Sustainability initiatives. You will help maintain compliance documentation, support audit requirements, and ensure information is accurately recorded and readily available. Working closely with operational teams, you will also assist with ordering activities through company systems and contribute to delivering value for money by identifying opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement.

As a central point of support, you will build positive working relationships with colleagues across the business, Defence Infrastructure Organisation representatives, local customer representatives, supply chain partners, and direct operatives. Your ability to communicate professionally and effectively will be vital in responding to requests for information, supporting customer enquiries, and helping to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

What you’ll need

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in an administrative position and possess strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

You will be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, and have the confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. Experience with Maximo or CAFM systems and accredited Microsoft Office training would be advantageous.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates initiative, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and remains focused in a changing environment. You will be a strong communicator who enjoys working with others, supports a positive and safe workplace culture, and is committed to delivering excellent service.

This is more than just an administration role. It is an opportunity to become an integral part of a team delivering essential services that make a real difference. You will work alongside dedicated professionals, gain exposure to a wide range of operational activities, and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of important contractual services.

If you are organised, motivated, and ready to make a meaningful contribution within a supportive and dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.

Apply today and become part of a team committed to delivering service excellence every day.
