Delivery Manager - RAF Cranwell
Sleaford, Lincolnshire, GB, NG24 8HB
Who we are
VIVO provides facilities management and accommodation maintenance for the UK military and its partners. VIVO embodies both experience and innovation.
What we do
We put our Customers and Families First. They are the driving force behind everything we do. We drive forward improvements for them to ensure the service they receive, whether reactive repairs or a major project, is completed safely and on time. In order to achieve this, we have 4 core values: open, caring, agile and collaborative. These are at the heart of everything we do.
Location: RAF Cranwell, on site role, no hybrid working
Full time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive
Are you ready for your next challenge in facilities or maintenance management? If you’re currently working in an engineering, technical, or supervisory role and want to step into greater responsibility, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. We’re looking for someone who brings practical experience, curiosity, and the drive to lead — even if you don’t have every qualification listed. We’ll support you to grow.
The Role
As a Delivery Manager based at the prestigious RAF College Cranwell, you’ll play a key role in keeping the estate compliant, operational, and well maintained. Your focus will be on managing planned and reactive maintenance, supporting minor works projects, and working with internal teams and contractors to ensure excellent service. You’ll become familiar with our Maximo system and take ownership of project delivery from planning through to handover, helping ensure work is delivered on time, to high standards, and in line with health and safety expectations.
Your role will include driving forward our Zero Harm culture, ensuring safe working practices are embedded in everything we do. You'll help maintain statutory compliance across the estate and play a vital role in achieving KPIs, improving first-time fix rates, and supporting the delivery of Billable Works under 25k. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge across a broad range of responsibilities, from authorised person duties (e.g., asbestos, legionella, working at height) to compliance assurance and contractor oversight.
What You'll Bring
We understand that not everyone will come with a formal HNC or HND in Building or Mechanical disciplines, so if you have hands-on experience and the right mindset, we want to hear from you. Perhaps you’ve already worked with planned or response maintenance, led small projects, want to come off the tools, or have a good grasp of CAFM systems and want to grow further. If you’re organised, responsive, and take pride in delivering quality, you’ll fit right in.
This is a fantastic chance to grow your career within a forward-looking joint venture that’s set to expand significantly over the next few years. You’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team that’s trusted to deliver for one of the UK’s most important defence sites. As the business grows, so will your opportunities for professional development, responsibility, and progression.
If you’re looking for a meaningful next step, and the idea of working at the heart of a vital operational site appeals to you, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s build your future together.
