As our Facility Management Services Manager at the Adelaide Remand Centre, you’ll lead the delivery of integrated facilities services in a complex and secure environment. You’ll oversee daily operations, contractor performance and compliance, ensuring the Centre runs safely, efficiently and in line with all contractual and legislative requirements. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, you’ll help shape a culture focused on safety, service excellence and continuous improvement.

As a Facility Management Services Manager in the ASPAC team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Leading day-to-day facilities management services across the Centre.
  • Managing and mentoring a small on-site team and overseeing contractors.
  • Monitoring contractor performance, KPIs and Statements of Work compliance.
  • Preparing and managing operating budgets, reporting and cost control.
  • Conducting internal audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environment standards.
