As the Head of Workforce Management, you’ll lead a team that delivers workforce management and operational support across our complex, 24/7 services in AsPac. From rostering and time capture to real-time optimisation, your work ensures we meet business goals, compliance, and service standards—while championing innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders and directly support growth and transformation across sectors.

As a Head of Workforce Management in the People Services team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Driving strategy and governance for rostering, time and attendance, and real-time teams

• Supporting and contributing to business growth through WFM solutions expertise in complex roster design

• Leading workforce planning and optimisation across multi-site, 24/7 operations

• Enhancing technology adoption and automation in WFM platforms

• Building trusted relationships across HR, Operations, Finance, and IT

• Leading and developing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams

• Overseeing risk, compliance, and performance analytics for workforce operations

• Extensive experience leading WFM or operations in large, 24/7 environments

• Experience in developing WFM solutions with customers

• Strong strategic, governance and change leadership capabilities

• Deep knowledge of EBAs, industrial law and WHS/fatigue management

• Advanced decision-making and analytics with enterprise WFM systems

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, or Operations Management (or similar)
