Join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting the integrity, accuracy and performance of financial and tax operations across the business. As a Management Accountant (Corporate and Tax), you'll work closely with finance leaders, business stakeholders and shared service teams to deliver timely reporting, insightful analysis and compliant tax outcomes. This hands-on role offers variety across management accounting, forecasting, budgeting and tax compliance while contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and decision-making.

You’ll make a positive impact by:

• Preparing management reports, forecasts and budget inputs for corporate support services, including departmental cost analysis
• Analysing financial results, investigating variances and providing practical insights
• Managing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies accurately and on time
• Coordinating tax compliance activities, including indirect taxes, FBT and other tax compliance reporting
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, shared services teams and external advisers
• Identifying and implementing process improvements that strengthen controls and efficiency
• Providing clear, practical guidance on routine tax compliance matters, working closely with the Tax Director and escalating complex matters for review.

You could be a great fit if you have:

• At least five years’ relevant accounting experience, including practical experience in tax compliance
• Experience in a large organisation, Big 4 or comparable professional services firm in Business Services is preferred
• CA, CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification, or are working towards completion
• Sound knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax legislation, especially FBT
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with SAP or other enterprise ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes, by managing competing priorities and deadlines
