Make an impact at Serco

As part of our Community Services division, for our VicPol contract, you’ll be central to helping us deliver the important work that really matters. In this role, you’ll guide, empower and uplift a team who support customers and the community every day. You’ll create a safe and inclusive environment, drive performance through meaningful coaching, and strengthen the connection between team members and our purpose. You’ll also partner closely with Operations Managers to make sure your team is informed, engaged and supported.

As a Team Leader in the VicPol team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • leading your team with care, empathy and clear expectations

  • coaching team members with regular catch-ups, feedback and side-by-side support

  • celebrating team wins and recognising individual growth and contribution

  • managing real-time performance to meet service levels and quality targets

  • supporting safety by identifying risks, encouraging a speak-up culture and reporting incidents

  • collaborating with Operations Managers to align workforce planning and continuous improvement
