We are hiring a DevSecOps Expert for the EU Commission in Brussels, Belgium and various locations around Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, upgrade DevSecOps pipelines
- Facilitate the continuous delivery of IT applications by using Application Lifecycle
- Management and automation tools.
- Promote the usage of DevSecOps methodologies for IT projects.
- Architect and design API Security, Container Security, Cloud Security
Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to apply high quality standards to all tasks.
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills.
- Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in a team, understanding the needs, objectives, and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions
- Ability to adapt to unplanned changes or decisions.
- Ability to understand, speak and write in English C2.
- High degree of discretion and integrity is required as the applications managed and maintained in SANTE.R.4 contain personal and confidential data.

Good knowledge with DevOps container or serverless /orchestration tools (ie: Docker, Ansible, Terrafom, buildpacks, Kubernetes, etc.) |

Security Testing & Dependency Management: SAST, DAST, Fortify, SonarQube, Sonatype, Dependency-Track, Maven. |

Good knowledge in cloud security architecture and security requirements |

Security: OpenID Connect, OAuth2, TLS, Keycloak. |

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- Mandatory certifications (one of):
- Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) certification,
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert,
- Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or equivalent to be approved by the Commission
