We are hiring a Project Management Officer for the EEAS in Brussels, Belgium and various locations around Europe.

Nature of Tasks

• Understanding of project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, closure)
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Strong in making Impacting PowerPoint Presentation)
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels (project team members, sponsors, customers)
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops
• Ability to analyse data and provide insights to support project decisions
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, Sharepoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of IT project management principles and practices
• Familiarity with cloud-based project management tools and software
• Ability to identify and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ability to identifu and implement process improvements (notion of BPMN and process design)
• Ability to create and maintain project reports and dashboards
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and software
• Ability to provide insights and recommendations based on project data
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Able to provide project management guidance and support to project managers.

Mandatory requirement
