Working within our Contact Centre environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. As a Workforce Planner, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining accurate rosters and schedules
- Forecasting demand to align resources with service delivery requirements
- Monitoring real-time operations and adjusting plans to maintain service levels
- Analysing data to provide insights and recommendations
- Supporting continuous improvement of workforce management processes
- Working closely with stakeholders to balance business needs and employee satisfaction

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Experience in workforce planning or scheduling in a customer-focused environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills (SQL/VBA desirable)
- Experience with Workforce Management software and CRM systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
