Job Introduction

Key Responsibilites
- Be in charge of the overall status and monitoring of the ESTRACK TTC network.
- Support routine Ground Segment operations within FOS and participate in mission preparation activities.
- Be responsible for assessing and resolving anomalies related to the S-Band TTC service and follow up through Anomaly Review Boards.
- Execute Operational Procedures and special operations requests.
- Generate and update Operational Procedures under strict configuration control.
- Support the execution of end-to-end Ground Segment validations.
- Interface with the Ground Stations and the different teams within the MCT.
- Participate in and execute Ground Segment-related tasks during LEOP, Commissioning, and End of Mission campaigns.
- Review FOS and Ground Segment documentation related to the S-Band TTC service.
- Provide technical input to the Team Coordinator within the required area of responsibility.
Skills
- Fully proficient in Ground Station systems and Ground Segment operations, with proven experience in an operational environment.
- Experience within the ESOC and Ground Operations environment is a strong asset.
- Proven experience in anomaly investigation, resolution, and report generation.
- Proven experience in the preparation and execution of Ground Station and Ground Segment tests.
- Experience with Earth Observation LEO missions.
- Experience in creating Operational Procedures.
- Knowledge of activity logging and reporting.
- Previous experience supporting LEOP activities will be considered an asset.
- Basic experience working in a Linux environment.
- Programming skills and network knowledge will be considered an asset.
- Previous experience in designing and delivering training will be considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, particularly during LEOP.
