On behalf of our client we are looking for an IT Service Desk person who will support the activities on our client’s side and work on a temporary contract of 6 months, with a part time work of 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare new and existing laptops for deployment using Windows Autopilot.
  • Assign devices to appropriate Autopilot profiles and verify configuration settings.
  • Perform Windows 11 provisioning, including resets and re-enrolments.
  • Validate successful device enrolment into Intune and Azure AD/Entra ID.
  • Liaise with the IT Service Desk for reporting, escalation, and user coordination.
  • Follow internal ICT processes and ensure deployments adhere to security requirements.
