As an Interventions Facilitator in our Justice and Immigration team, you’ll deliver accredited and non-accredited offending behaviour programmes that support rehabilitation and positive change. Using evidence-based approaches, you’ll help individuals develop the skills, understanding and confidence they need to move towards a more positive future.

What you’ll do as an Interventions Facilitator

• Deliver structured group and one-to-one programme sessions using core psychological principles and motivational techniques
• Assess participants’ readiness for treatment and identify individual responsivity needs
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including session notes and post-programme reports
• Build positive and professional relationships that encourage engagement and behavioural change
• Reflect on your practice and continuously develop across the six core competencies
• Attend supervision sessions, complete mandatory training, and support wider establishment objectives

• Experience facilitating group work and/or supporting individuals with complex or challenging needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build trust, establish rapport, and motivate individuals who may be resistant to change
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload effectively
• A collaborative, reflective, and growth-focused approach to work
