As a Customer Service Operator, you’ll be part of an organisation delivering meaningful services in an environment that values challenge, opportunity and reward.

Working onsite in our Call Centre in East Perth or at one of our Information Centres located in Perth CBD, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

As a Customer Service Operator, you’ll make a real difference by:

  • Assisting Perth metropolitan public transport passengers by providing up to date travel information in a timely and efficient manner

  • Handling Face to Face interactions with our customer

  • Responding to inbound customer enquiries/phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.

Our operational hours are:

  • Monday to Thursday: 5:00am – 12:30am

  • Friday & Saturday: 5:00am – 2:00am

  • Sunday: 5:00am – 12:00am

  • A current National Police Clearance (required)
