As a Field Operations Manager in our Justice and Immigration team, you’ll lead a team of Housing Officers and Supervisors to deliver safe, compliant accommodation and support services across a designated portfolio. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring service users receive the right support while maintaining high operational standards and contract compliance.

What you’ll do as a Field Operations Manager
- Lead, support and develop a team of Supervisors, creating headroom for people to grow and perform at their best.
- Ensure accommodation within the estate is safe, habitable, fully equipped and maintained in line with contractual, regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Oversee services and processes delivered in accordance with contract standards and new processes.
- Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions that drive service excellence and innovation.
- Manage people processes including performance management, attendance, recruitment support, onboarding activities and workforce planning.
- Build strong working relationships with landlords, subcontractors, external agencies and internal teams to support operational efficiency and positive outcomes.
Does this sound like you?
- Previous experience in an operational management role with responsibility for leading and developing teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and changing operational demands.
- Experience of performance management, problem-solving and driving operational improvements.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- A-Level qualification or equivalent experience, with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Vetting and checks
This role requires BPSS clearance, which involves identity verification, employment history, and criminal record checks to meet government security standards. An Occupational Health Questionnaire will also be required to ensure we can offer appropriate support for your wellbeing and performance.
