Ready to impact a better future?

As a Digital Change Manager in our Digital Services team, you’ll ensure digital initiatives are not just delivered but fully adopted and embedded into the business - creating lasting impact and measurable value. You’ll play a key role in shaping how change lands across our organisation, helping colleagues embrace new ways of working.

This is a brand-new role with real visibility and influence. You’ll work across a wide range of initiatives spanning multiple sectors, partnering closely with delivery and business teams to drive adoption, overcome resistance, and ensure change sticks. From early impact analysis through to post-go-live adoption, you’ll own the end-to-end change journey - bringing energy, resilience, and a sharp focus on outcomes.

What you’ll do as a Digital Change Manager

You’ll be entrusted to:

  • Lead detailed impact analysis across people, process, systems, and roles, ensuring change is understood from the outset
  • Own and deliver end-to-end change activity across multiple initiatives, ensuring readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation
  • Develop and execute robust change plans including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Actively identify and overcome resistance to change, building trust and momentum across teams
  • Ensure solutions are adopted and used as intended, not just delivered, embedding sustainable ways of working
  • Work across a variety of programmes and sectors, aligning change activity with delivery milestones and business priorities

Does this sound like you?

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have…

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital or technology-enabled change in complex environments
  • Strong expertise in impact assessment, adoption, readiness, and benefits realisation
  • A track record of successfully overcoming resistance and driving behavioural change
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience working across multiple initiatives simultaneously, ideally within matrix or portfolio environments
  • The energy, drive, and resilience to operate at pace across diverse teams and sectors
