We are hiring a Junior FM IT Operator for an international organisation in Frankfurt, Germany, and various locations around Europe

Main Responsibilities

The Junior FM IT Operator provides Junior‑level front‑office and Facilities Management operational support, ensuring high‑quality service delivery for switchboard, welcome desk and Facilities Management request handling. The role acts as a key interface between users, service providers and internal stakeholders, contributing to the smooth coordination of Facilities Management services and events.

Essential:

  • Good customer service, coordination and communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of IT ticketing system
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, e.g. SAP
  • English skills level C1 (according to the "self-assessment grid" available on the Europass website https://europa.eu/europass/en).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
  • Basic technical expertise for the scope of the Managed Services;
  • Sound knowledge of CAFM software, e.g. Planon;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);

Desired:

  • Basic knowledge of Quality Management systems such as EFQM, DIN EN ISO 9000 ff as well as Continuous Improvement Processes;
  • Sound knowledge of Switchboard systems (optional)
  • Good knowledge of data analytics, reporting and visualisation systems, (optional)
  • Basic knowledge of Facility Management standards such as GEFMA; (optional)
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems (optional)

Education requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration or another relevant field;

alternatively, 3 years of relevant professional experience in addition to the experience required below;
