Ready to impact a better future?

As a National CAFM Manager in our Health Business Unit, you’ll take ownership of CAFM as a critical technical capability — not just a system. You’ll shape how CAFM is designed, governed and used across a complex national healthcare estate, supporting safe, compliant and high‑performing clinical environments.

This role is built for a CAFM specialist who wants scale, influence and technical depth. You’ll act as the central authority for CAFM strategy, standards, master data and performance, creating a single, robust operating model across multiple contracts. Your work will directly improve data integrity, statutory compliance, audit readiness and operational insight — all in settings where getting it right truly matters.

What you’ll do as a National CAFM Manager

You’ll be entrusted to:

  • Own and lead the CAFM technical strategy across Serco’s Health Business Unit
  • Design and embed a standardised CAFM operating model across multiple healthcare contracts
  • Set and govern CAFM data standards, structures and quality controls to ensure trusted outputs
  • Lead standardisation of asset hierarchies, workflows and planned preventative maintenance libraries
  • Act as product owner for CAFM platforms, including supplier management and value optimisation
  • Oversee reporting, performance insight and integrations with wider systems and platforms

Does this sound like you?

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have…

  • Deep hands‑on experience with CAFM or estates systems across large, multi‑site portfolios
  • Strong technical knowledge of data governance, compliance reporting and asset management
  • Experience working in regulated or critical environments such as healthcare, transport or defence
  • A track record of standardising systems and processes at scale
  • The confidence to challenge poor data, drive adoption and influence senior operational stakeholders

Vetting and checks
This role requires a Basic DBS check, which will disclose any unspent convictions in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
