We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded People Partner to join our Growth & Change HR team, supporting our Justice & Immigration business.
This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with the Head of HR Growth & Change, Senior People Partners and Centres of Expertise to deliver complex change programmes, organisational design initiatives and strategic people projects across a fast-paced, unionised environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coach, mentor and guide people managers on engagement, performance and change matters
- Partner with Senior People Partners to shape and deliver people strategy aligned to business objectives
- Support organisation design and workforce planning initiatives
- Lead and support complex change programmes including TUPE transfers, Restructures, Location changes, Headcount reductions, Contract turnaround and transformation projects etc.
- Work closely with People Services to optimise HR processes and broker practical solutions
- Use data, metrics and insights to improve people cost management and organisational performance
- Provide input to bids, ensuring strong people strategy and workforce design
- Champion the People & Culture operating model and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience leading HR change projects in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong grounding in organisation design, talent development, culture and change management
- Experience supporting mobilisation, bids and business transformation activity
- Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engaging at Director level and constructively challenging
- Experience working within unionised environments
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver at pace
- Eligible for or able to obtain SC clearance
Desirable:
- CIPD qualified (or working towards), or equivalent HR experience
- Full UK driving licence
