At Serco, we’re committed to supporting our people to be healthy, safe, and engaged. We’re looking for a proactive and influential Workplace Wellbeing Business Partner to help shape and deliver our Health & Wellbeing strategy across our Justice & Immigration business unit.

 

In this role, you’ll lead the development of wellbeing initiatives, manage key service providers, and act as the subject matter expert for all health and wellbeing matters. You will work closely with Contract Directors, HSE teams, People Partners, and Group Wellbeing colleagues to deliver impactful programmes that strengthen workforce wellbeing and improve attendance.

 

You will monitor and analyse absence trends across all J&I contracts, identifying root causes and supporting targeted, proactive interventions. You’ll also play a key role in the mobilisation of new contracts and the design of wellbeing solutions for future bids.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Translate Group and Divisional wellbeing strategy into practical solutions.
  • Lead wellbeing and absence projects, driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Provide expert advice to leaders on wellbeing, sickness absence and legislation.
  • Wider data analysis, including absence. and share insights to drive better attendance outcomes.
  • Support wellbeing solutions for new bids and contract mobilisations.

  • Experience as an autonomous wellbeing or occupational health professional.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Experience across complex, fast-paced operational environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
