About the Role
We are seeking an experienced P2P Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function within MyFinance. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving a high-performing, standardised global P2P service, with a strong focus on BPO delivery, transformation, and operational excellence.
You will own the operational strategy and performance across the full P2P lifecycle, ensuring alignment between internal teams, offshore BPO partners, and business stakeholders. This role will play a key part in ongoing finance and S2P transformation programmes, driving scalable and efficient ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Strategy
- Own and deliver the global P2P operational strategy aligned to Finance and Procurement priorities
- Translate strategy into clear operational plans, KPIs, and delivery roadmaps
- Lead end-to-end P2P performance across Buying, Invoicing, Payments, and Supplier Management
BPO & Service Delivery Management
- Lead the operational relationship with offshore BPO providers
- Ensure SLA and KPI performance is achieved, with a shift toward outcome-based delivery
- Act as senior escalation point, driving root cause resolution and continuous improvement
Transformation & Change
- Play a key role in finance transformation initiatives across P2P and S2P
- Drive process improvement and organisational change, embedding new ways of working across global teams
- Support the evolution of systems, tools and processes to improve efficiency and control
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead a team of 4 direct reports (including AP Manager and functional leads) and wider indirect teams
- Build a high-performing, accountable team culture
- Clarify ownership, drive capability development, and enable strategic focus
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a proven operational leader with experience managing complex, global P2P services.
Essential Experience
- Significant experience leading P2P / S2P operations in a shared services environment
- Strong track record of BPO / offshore partner management (e.g. Ascentia or similar)
- Experience aligning BPO delivery to business requirements and performance outcomes
- Deep understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes
- Strong change management experience (process and organisational)
- Experience operating at a management / leadership level, leading managers
Desirable
- Experience within complex or contracting-based organisations
- SAP or similar ERP environment experience
- Professional qualifications such as CIPS / MCIPS or accountancy qualifications
