- Analyse customer requirements and translate them into commercially sound financial responses
- Build and review sophisticated financial models that inform pricing and strategy
- Prepare, reconcile and present key financial submissions directly to customers

- Provide insightful reporting, visualisations and recommendations for governance forums
- Support broader commercial analysis, including benchmarking and service credit modelling
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to strengthening commercial capability across the business
What you’ll need to succeed
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial sharpness with curiosity, collaboration and a proactive mindset:
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent commercial/financial expertise
- Strong, proven financial modelling skills (advanced Excel essential)
- Experience supporting competitive bids — ideally within public services or an outsourcing environment
- Knowledge of TUPE, pensions, people-cost modelling and commercial governance
- Ability to simplify complex financial information and influence stakeholders with confidence
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-focused environment
What we offer

- Private healthcare
- Bonus scheme: 5% on target / 10% for exceeding targets
- Flexible working
