We are hiring a Time-based compliance management support for Eurocontrol in Maastricht, Netherlands and various locations around Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Import and maintain regulations and standards in the Polarion database.
  • Work with subject-matter experts to develop and maintain compliance descriptions.
  • Improve and deliver reports on compliance status.
  • Develop and execute processes related to compliance.
  • Execute compliance audits against applicable regulations in collaboration with the SQCS Quality Management team.
  • Follow-up on corrective actions related to compliance.
  • Develop and deliver training to MUAC staff on compliance management.
  • Support in preparation and execution of external audits.

Skills

Qualifications

  • Completed university studies in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, law, business administration).

 

Language Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (technical/professional level: Listening C1 / Writing B2 / Understanding B2).

 

Technical/professional experience - Mandatory

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in compliance management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in analysing and interpreting EU regulations relating to processes and equipment.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in developing and maintaining compliance management information systems.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in coordinating and conducting audits against internal management system processes and procedures.

 

Technical/professional experience – Desirable

  • Knowledge of compliance in a heavily regulated environment (e.g. aviation, banking, pharmaceuticals) would be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of relevant national, European and international regulations related to air traffic control (e.g. EU Directives, ICAO regulations).
  • Knowledge of developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of developing and delivering compliance training programmes or employee compliance communications would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of management tools such as Polarion would be an advantage.
