Health and Fitness Coach 

Location: Market Drayton Leisure Centre
Working Hours: 15 contracted hours per week

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Health and Fitness Coach to join our team. 

You will be part of an expert team of Health and Fitness Professionals who report directly into the Health & Fitness Manager.  

What you'll need to do the role

The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required. 

Your will duties will include:

• Delivery of our Signature Fitness Programmes
• Tracking Client Progress
• Health & Fitness Evaluations
• Onboarding New Members
• Demonstrating/Exercise Instruction
• Personal Training Services
• Group Training (Studio and Gym Based)
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Being committed to ongoing Learning and Development

It is essential that you have a level 2 and Level 3 Fitness instruction for you to be considered for this role.
